Chef Andy is one of six chefs participating in the already sold-out Young Guns dinner. James Rigato, chef at The Root in White Lake, organized the event, and it looks pretty awesome. Nicole at “Eat It Detroit” interviewed Andy about the dinner, about Selden Standard, and about his take on cooking in general. We’re a little biased, but it’s a nice read.
