Joseph Breidinger

An aspiring executive chef, Joe’s career began at Applebee’s when he was 17. After earning his culinary degree from Schoolcraft College, he went on to work at several top restaurants in southeast Michigan, including Bacco, The Chef’s Table at the Foundation Hotel, and Gather. Well-traveled, Joe loves to experience other cultures, meet new people, and eat his way from city to city. His colleagues are not at all jealous of his perfect hair. Not at all.
